Prayer MinistryBridge Builders Church International's Prayer Ministry plays a vital role in the growth and day to day operations of Bridge Builders Church International. Without the diligent prayers of this ministry, much of what BBCI has accomplished and what God has planned for this ministry would not and could not become a reality. Prayer in our church is a lot like a business ("the business of prayer") and it must be organized and strategic so we can effectively get the job done. In our efforts to organize, we have set out on a mission to teach and train the membership of BBCI and the Body of Christ on prayer, intercession, worship, fellowship, and spiritual warfare. By doing this, we are helping them to develop effectiveness in their prayers that gets the desired results. Our various activities and events are bathed in prayer and are designed to motivate the saints to pray and to bring them to a sense of priority and the importance of prayer in their own personal lives. We have established Corporate and Intercessory prayer teams that cover BBCI, the Body of Christ, and the nations. These prayer teams are targeted so that the gospel can be preached and received freely, the enemy will remain subdued under our feet, the saints will experience victory in every area of life, and that the vision, plans, and projects of BBCI will be prayed through to successful completion. In our ongoing pursuit to pray and intercede for this ministry and those who have a divine connection to us, we are fulfilling God's decree in Isaiah 56:6-7, which is "... I will make them joyful in my house of prayer ... for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people." |
